As production director, I helped launched ReCreate, a functional cannabis brand, during covid.
I researched and developed all child-resistant packaging solutions for the entire product line: tinctures, chocolates, gummies, sodas, drink additives and flower. Being that we had multiple SKUS of each product across multiple states and cannabis regulations are stringent, it took a ton of legwork and ingenuity to figure out how to print short runs of SKUs in an affordable way; regulations and formulas were constantly changing.
All of the packaging also had to work in-line with the manufacturers' existing machinery, which took a ton of coordination with our operational team, as well as the comans.
I also produced all marketing collateral, SWAG, and in-dispensary displays, which were done both domestically and overseas.
In addition to production, I acted as creative support, designing marketing materials, in-dispensary displays, digital banners, social posts and the brand website.
